This hotel had great facilities and offered a comfortable stay in a prime location. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the staff was helpful in providing us with tips on the best places nearby for shopping and dining. transportation was very convenient with the train station nearby and parking was easily accessible.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

the area was bustling with activity yet the room was quiet. the breakfast was delicious, served in a cozy cafe. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean.
The customer service reception was non-existent.

Great price for a city-center hotel! Loved the spacious room and clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and the cafe where it was served had a cozy vibe. Loved being in a historic part of the city, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Really disappointed that the hotel was closed when we arrived after 18:00 hours. We had to obtain the key through a code system, which wasn't easy to use.

Also, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my check-in process went smoothly even though I arrived late. The room itself was well-equipped and spacious, with thoughtful touches like a coffee and tea station. Lastly, the breakfast included was delicious and satisfying, offering a good standard of food. this hotel provided great value for money, with attention to detail and a convenient location.

the location was perfect, right in the center of town near the restaurant and shopping streets. It made it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy all the city has to offer. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service. They were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms on the ground floor were a great convenience, especially for someone like me who prefers easy access. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.
Everything was more than satisfactory, truly nothing to complain about.
